As Arby`s slogan suggests, they’ve got “the meats.” Although very few people crave for roast meat to satisfy their fast food needs, the company considers their meat as their biggest draw for customers. Considering the (completely debunked) rumors about what happens to their roast beef, however, there is no doubt that they are struggling. And then there is this 2012 story that we like to forget for the sake of our stomachs: the 14-year-old Michigan boy who found a severed finger in a roast beef sandwich.
On average, only 44% of consumers would return to Arby`s after the first meal. Most cited not liking something about it, but can we put our finger on it?
